Are you looking for a refuge where space meets the silence of nature? Located on the ground floor of the building, the apartment that bears Paola’s name is the first one you come across when you enter the garden. Its location overlooks the greenery of a large lawn shaded by grandmother’s old cherry tree, and smells of the Cinderella rose and jasmine from the pergola. Designed to accommodate two to five people, the interior space consists of a bright kitchen/living room with sofa bed, a corridor with wardrobe and a double bedroom with a bunk bed for the little ones. The bedroom accesses a private porch equipped for outdoor relaxation. It is a totally accessible environment for the disabled, equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning and a large bathroom with a spacious shower.

Come funziona il Check-in e Check-out? 

Our welcome follows precise rhythms to ensure perfectly prepared environments for you:

  • Check-in: We look forward to seeing you from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We are flexible: if you have different needs, please contact the reception in advance for special arrangements.
  • Check-out: We ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 AM.
  • Delays: In case of check-in or check-out beyond the established time without prior agreement, a supplement of €30 will be applied.
What is your cancellation policy?

We know that the unexpected can happen, but we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. Our conditions are:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty.
  • Up to 20 days before arrival: charge of 30% of the total.
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: charge of 70% of the total.
  • No-show or cancellation a few hours before check-in: full amount charged.
How do booking and deposits work?

To confirm your corner of paradise:

The booking is valid only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. Payment must be made by bank transfer within ten days of the request being formalised.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We reserve the right to request pre-authorisation on your card prior to arrival.

Are there any additional costs? Yes, find out which ones

Yes, to offer you tailored services and maintain the excellence of the property, we have some extra costs:

  1. Four-legged friends: Pets are welcome (on request and subject to availability) with a supplement of €15 per night.
  2. Family: It is possible to request a cot for €13 per night.
  3. Cleaning: Final cleaning is mandatory at a cost of €50. For stays longer than 8 nights, a mandatory intermediate cleaning with linen change is provided for €40.
  4. Pool and Wellness: Entry to the pool costs €10, as does the rental of dedicated linens. For a special moment, you can book the Sauna + Pool package (for 2 people, after 7:00 PM) for €36.
  5. Other Services: Use of the washing machine is available for €10. If you wish to stay longer, we offer a 10% discount for stays longer than 10 nights.
  6. Free Services: Breakfast included, outdoor unmonitored parking, and Wi-Fi internet connection in common areas are always free.
What are the guests’ responsibilities?

We love our property and ask our guests to take care of it:

Four-legged friends: Animals are your responsibility: they cannot be left unattended and must comply with the rules of cohabitation. At the end of your stay, we will conduct a final inspection of the premises together. Any damage caused by animals will be charged in full.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, which must be compensated. Loss of keys will result in an extra charge.
